As the Early Childhood Support Officer, you will report to the Area Manager Early Childhood Service - Central Highlands and provide essential administrative and customer support to the Early Childhood team. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the NDIS Early Childhood program through appointment scheduling, referral management, customer enquiries, data entry, reception support, and maintaining accurate records. Working closely with families, carers, referrers and clinicians, you will help ensure children and families receive timely access to the supports they need.

To be successful, you will require:

• Experience in customer service within a busy environment
• Experience in administration and data entry
• Experience working within early childhood, paediatric, community services or human services settings
• Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and database systems
• Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
