About the role:

Pathways to Good Health (PTGH) aims to provide a systemic response to identify health issues at the earliest opportunity for children in Out of Home Care and therefore provide coordinated and continuing health care with the aim of improving health outcomes. The team consists of a paediatrician, psychologist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, social worker and pathways to good health nurse.

 

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in coaching children and youth to achieve better health outcomes.
  • Experience working with Trauma informed practice.
  • Previous experience with young people living in vulnerable or disadvantaged circumstances

 

Position requirements:

  • Qualified Division 1 Nurse
  • Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Employee Working with Children Check
  • Victorian driver’s licence
