About the role

We're looking for an experienced funding professional to drive a coordinated and strategic approach to tenders, grants and philanthropic funding opportunities.

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Insights & Engagement, you'll be responsible for coordinating and writing large-scale tender submissions, as well as building organisational capability in grant and tender development.

Key responsibilities

• Write compelling funding applications and responses
• Lead end-to-end tender and grant submission processes
• Coordinate subject matter expert input to support tender submissions
• Maintain tender and grants registers and knowledge libraries
• Train and support managers to contribute to submissions
• Track funding success rates

Skills and experience

• Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills
• Proven success securing government tenders
• Experience preparing tenders and funding submissions
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
