Part-Time (0.8EFT) | 12 month Fixed Term Maternity leave cover

Help children thrive through early intervention and family-centred support.

 

As an Early Childhood Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting children under 6 with developmental delay and children under 9 with disability to access the right supports at the right time. Working closely with families, carers, community services and multidisciplinary professionals, you will help identify children's strengths, goals and support needs, delivering evidence-based early supports and facilitating pathways to community and NDIS services.

 

You will be part of a collaborative team committed to achieving positive outcomes for children and their families across Gippsland, while developing your own skills and expertise within a supportive and values-driven organisation.

 

To be successful, you will require:

 

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or Allied Health.
  • Experience working in early childhood, paediatric, disability or family-centred settings.
  • Experience supporting children with developmental delay and/or disability and their families.
  • A current Victorian Driver Licence.
  • Relevant professional registration (where applicable).
  • A current Working with Children Check and ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
